Hiding the Drop Down Arrow for a Combo Box

If you want to hide the drop down arrow on a Combo Box (for example, you wish to have a Text Box that has an AutoExpand feature), you need to add a small rectangle to the Form, and then set the following properties:

Back StyleNormal
Special EffectFlat
Back ColourAs Section Back Colour
Border StyleTransparent

Ensure that this control is then placed over the drop down arrow for the Combo Box, and you will then have a 'Text Box' that emulates a Combo Box.
